Kitaabiyat's Links Would Be Fixed Soon‏

A few weeks ago, Kitaabiyat's Mediafire's account was suspended due to MF’s renewed Anti-Piracy policy. Though we upload books for the masses with the motive to spread the knowledge, education and zeal for learning among our Pakistani brethrens and don't expect anything in return, MF's algorithm based ruling was unable to understand the sense of love and learning of ours which pushes us to go beyond the boundaries to scan, edit and upload the best Urdu works.
The good news is, we are moving away from MediaFire. It took us some time to find beatter file hosts, with no download limits and such but we finally did it, Alhamdullilah.
Kitaabiyat, would be back soon with re-upped download links for its visitors.
In the mean time we would also like to thank our visitors, who kept coming back to us and never deserted the site.
 Regards,
Kitaabiyat.

My Father

31 years ago, today, person left us to be with his true creator.
People come and go all the time, that's the ephemeral nature of the world we live in and the lives we are living but some people are special. Some people's departure though, no matter how much we may want to downplay their leaving us as part of life or heritage of Adam, just doesn't feel right.
31 years ago, today, my father left me to be with his true creator.
People come and go all the time, but I doubt I noticed any of that since he left. He was one of those people who are blessed not just by worldly successes but the calm and demeanor of those who know that they might be blessed in the other world.
The timber of his voice when he called his sons with love, the slight anger, slight annoyance in his voice when one of us needed to be corrected, his upright posture when he stood proudly, his graceful flowing walk when he walked towards his peers with whom he used to spend his evenings is something that is itched in my mind, never to be removed.
May Allah grant him the place he deserves, in Jannah, and make us able enough, confident enough, kind enough, just enough, tolerant enough and noble enough to follow in his footsteps that are almost sacred to us not because he is our father but also because he was the greatest man I was fortunate enough to spend years with.

Abbu, you are missed, every second of every single day, since you left.
